Single Room Accommodation, Windermere. The Olivine Street Houses are a complex of four houses ranging from three to six bedrooms per house. The bedrooms are let out under a boarding house agreement. This listing is for ONE room within one of the four houses, depending on which house has a vacancy at the time of application, as this listing is always online. Within the houses, you will share communal living and bathrooms. Each bedroom has a lock and comes with a single or double bed depending on the size of the room and a study desk. The house is fully furnished with whiteware including a washing machine. Tenant will have their own lockable cupboard in the kitchen for their own pots and crockery. There is a TV for tenants to share. Single bed room $195, double bed room $225, and couples $290 (double room only). (Availability of room sizes will vary depending on vacancies). The rent includes the room, power, water, rubbish, basic internet and sky and a cleaner that comes once a week. Lawns are maintained by owner. Parking for one vehicle off street (other vehicles to be parked on Olivine Street). Located close to the Toi Ohomai & Waikato University Windermere Campus (being a student is not a requirement).
