Sarita’s professional experience is extensive coming from a strong background in human resources, management and compliance.
Born in South Africa, Sarita served as an HR manager in the South African National Defence Force for 16 years prior to opening and managing her own retail store from 2007 to 2014. Serving another 5 years back in the South African National Defence Force as an HR consultant, she then moved to a role as Compliance Manager for Truvelo Manufacturers before immigrating to New Zealand in 2018 where she managed HR as Office Manager for Waiwera Water NZ.
With strong practical skills gained from past roles, Sarita prides herself on her ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life, of which many of her clients do attest to.

A strong decision maker and problem solver, Sarita has the exceptional ability to analyse, prioritise and think logically on her feet. Her dedication to excel is apparent, in everything she chooses to do – Property Management being no different. She is dedicated to her clients and doing well by them daily.
Sarita participates in regular training and networking, keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge and the ever-changing nature of the property investment market in New Zealand.
Outside of work, you may find Sarita in the garden, out walking or paddle-boarding around our beautiful local beaches. In Sarita, you have a Property Manager who is dedicated, hard-working and reliable.
