INTRODUCING JASMIN COTTLE

Delivering value to landlords and tenants

Eves Property Manager, Jasmin Cottle-Gallichan points out the importance of tenants to property owners. “Without tenants our landlords would not have cash flow through their residential investments so tenants need to be treated with great respect.”

Respect and service are integral to the way Jasmin treats all her clients. She learnt her skills during extensive training in event and business management at Auckland University of technology, a course that covered accounting, organisation and problem solving.

Jasmin became a property manager after two years as administrator for Eves Hamilton property management office, a role that involved her providing cover for property managers on leave. She enjoyed it so much she took over her own property portfolio.
The role suits Jasmin’s love of being out and about. She thrives on meeting a wide variety of people across all cultures and socio-economic groups in the process of finding good tenants and ensuring her properties are running smoothly. She makes sure issues are dealt with before they become problems.

Jasmin has found her depth of knowledge of the systems used at Eves an advantage. She appreciates the huge level of support she receives from management and colleagues and the way Eves facilities keeping property managers up with changes in the industry. “I ensure all the properties I manage comply with current standards so that owners have peace of mind and tenants remain happy and comfortable in their homes.”

Her accounting background means she has owners’ financial interests at heart and knows the importance of delivering value by ensuring their investment is well managed and maintained to a level that will create the highest potential returns.

“I endeavour to provide the highest quality service to owners and tenants with effective communication to ensure both parties remain happy and satisfied that I am working in the best interests of all.”

INTRODUCING BEN NORMAN

COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY

Ben Norman believes communication is the key to the best outcome for his property owners and tenants and applies his excellent people skills to achieving exactly this.

Three years as district court bailiff for the greater Waikato region has been ideal preparation for his role as a property manager, able to read and assess situations in a constantly changing and often challenging environment. Refereeing sport hones these skills.

“My goal is to provide a professional service to ensure the smooth running of their properties for both landlords and tenants,” says Ben.

For landlords this means providing stress-free assurance that their property is being looked after by being transparent and keeping them informed.

For tenants it involves providing trust that they can communicate openly with Ben on any issues concerning their tenancy or the property they rent.

Ben is highly organised and has an excellent work ethic with a commitment to service. He has strong family values and enjoys the supportive team environment at Eves.

Ben knows his market as he has lived in Hamilton for over 10 years. Passionate about sports, he spends much of his free time refereeing football and futsal. He has refereed at the Oceania Champions League and Oceania U17 Championships for Futsal and refereed in both the Futsal and Football National Leagues.

Ben’s aspiration to become an international referee proves his drive to be the best applies in both his personal and professional life.
