Heather began her professional career in the printing industry. She had various roles within the industry over her 12 years, including operating a printing press. After starting her family, Heather moved into a Sales Merchandiser role with Energizer where she was employed for a further 18 years.
After deciding on a change, Heather became the Rentals Receptionist at EVES learning about the industry, how to best support the Property Managers and building rapport with clients on the front line. Naturally, when a Property Manager’s position became available, she was the obvious choice and transferred seamlessly into the role. Her people skills, dedication and genuine desire to help people make her an excellent Property Manager. She is dedicated to her clients, both landlords and tenants alike, and prides herself on excellent communication. With a desire to continually learn, Heather participates in regular training and networking, keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge and the ever-changing nature of the property investment industry in NZ. Outside of her working life, Heather is married, and a mum to three girls. She has been actively involved in her children’s schooling and sporting lives, serving on various committees and organisations within the Onerahi community.

As clients of Eves currently renting a house in Maunu, we would like to share with you how absolutely delighted we are with the service we have been given by the Eves Rental Property Manager, Heather Adams, as well as with Eves in general. When we arrived as newcomers in New Zealand 9 months ago, Heather helped us straight away to find a suitable property in a very limited rental market. In her super organized and efficient way, she assisted us to settle into the house and has since been invaluable to us.
