Vicki Bilton has garnered many an award from Eves Property Management and been named top property manager for the region at the Waikato/BOP Real Estate Institute Awards.

Vicki attributes her success to a goal orientated attitude and excellent time management skills. She has managed up to 300 properties with the assistance of a P.A. and is now comfortably managing 160 on her own. Vicki achieves consistent efficiency and effectiveness by:

- Attention to detail in every aspect of the role
- Regular reporting to landlords
- Attending to maintenance issues rapidly
- Being proactive in addressing rental arrears
- Applying her very good organizational skills
- An ability to work with landlords to keep properties to the high standard that will ensure optimum return

Vicki cannot speak highly enough of the Eves Property Management company culture, systems and support. She was a sales person for Eves before the opportunity arose in 1999 to build a management portfolio under their reputable brand. Her only break has been 18 months house sitting on the Gold Coast with her husband. On their return to Rotorua she returned to Eves.
