Rachael has been a part of a real estate family for over 9 years, supporting her husband David Seymour in his very successful real estate career.
After selling her own successful business of 7 years in 2014, Rachael took some time out for herself.
In May 2018 Rachael was offered a position in Property Management, her experience in business management has allowed her to advance into the position with ease.
For Rachael the key to effective property management is listening carefully to her clients' requests, being diligent and hardworking in meeting their needs, and following up with continuous good service to both tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy. She believes clear and regular communication is very important.
Rachael brings to her role a sense of fairness with great respect for all her clients. She enjoys the relationship building the job requires and endeavours to achieve positive outcomes for landlords and tenants. "I can be very firm but fair when necessary” she says.

We have been very happy with the service you have given us looking after our several rental properties. In addition to doing the normal stuff well, we have particularly appreciated your help with:
1. Assisting with matters that have come up during sale of properties, such as appliance replacement and lawn tidying, given these are not really rental management as such;
2. Your help with insulation installation, especially your checking and ensuring that the installers put in insulation that meets not only the immediate requirements, but also requirements that will come into force over the next few years. This has saved us considerable future costs;
3. Your help and guidance in fairly dealing with the consequences of an injury that occurred at one of our properties, recognising that there is no "formula" to apply when dealing with these issues.

Rachael has been an excellent Property Manager, in that Inspections and General Management has been timely and well covered. She has notified us and actioned promptly, anything needed for our properties. We are very pleased to have Rachael as our Manager and wish her well in all she does.
