Debbie has been our property manager for 8 years and in that time she has provided a highly professional and friendly service with outstanding communications at all times. We were living overseas and she consistently ensured she met our needs and those of the high quality tenants she found for us. All property maintenance issues were raised quickly and fixes arranged without fuss. In addition Debbie kept us up to date with any legal obligations and ensured we remained compliant as tenancy laws changed. In the 8 years Debbie managed our property we only had about 4 weeks in total without tenants and this was only due to the inevitable gaps between old tenants leaving and when new ones could shift in.
