How it works

Make a Referral

Submit your referral by emailing here. Anyone can refer – landlords, friends, family, or even tradies.

We make contact

Our local Property Management team connects with your referral to discuss their property and how we can help.

They sign with EVES

If they choose EVES to manage their property and meet the criteria, your referral qualifies.

You get rewarded

Once the property is under management, we’ll be in touch to process your referral payment.

What you can earn

Earn more depending on the property;

Weekly rent over $650 and management fee 8% or higher

Weekly rent between $500–$650 and management fee 8% or higher

All other qualifying referrals

Who can refer?

Anyone can refer. Whether you're a landlord, friend, family member, or industry contact, if you know someone with a rental property, you can send them our way. It only takes a minute to submit your referral.

Terms & Conditions

The referral must be for a new property management client not currently managed by EVES Property Management.
The referred property must be signed to EVES Property Management under a management agreement.
Referral rewards apply to properties only and do not include tenant referrals.
The referral fee is tiered based on weekly rent and management fee agreed at the time of sign-up:

$750 for properties with weekly rent over $650 and a management fee of 8% or higher
$500 for properties with weekly rent between $500–$650 and a management fee of 8% or higher
$250 for all other qualifying properties

The referral reward will be paid once the property is formally under management with EVES.
Only one referral fee will be paid per property. In the case of multiple referrals, the first valid referral received will qualify.
This promotion excludes properties located in Rotorua and Katikati.
EVES Property Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
