Satisfaction Seeds Success

Debbie Hoult derives huge satisfaction from satisfying the goals of her landlords and tenants. She sees property management as a rewarding and challenging career where her commitment to all concerned delivers satisfaction all round.

"My key to effective property management is to listen carefully to clients' requests, be diligent and hardworking in meeting their needs, then follow up with continuous good service to both tenant and landlord throughout the tenancy."

Life and Professional Experience

Debbie began her professional life as a secretary then helped her husband Don run a large sheep and beef farm while raising four children. Ownership and management of a backpacker/motel in Tauranga for 11 years followed, then Don took up real estate sales. Debbie joined him at EVES as PA for seven years before becoming a Property Manager in 2010.

She is involved in her adult children's lives and in the community through their church, through Don's role as a funeral director at Legacy Funerals and in Rotary. "Wherever I see a need I try to help."

The ability to identify needs and provide the right assistance makes Debbie a caring and competent Property Manager. She applies her mediation skills to ensure all parties are happy and responds rapidly to requests.
Importance of the EVES 'Family'

"I have found the EVES team incredibly professional and supportive. There is a 'family atmosphere' and you feel your effects are genuinely appreciated. EVES operate with integrity and transparency and my reputation as an honest, caring and efficient property manager is very important to me.

"I always treat others as I would like to be treated and do my best at all times."
