Janine became a Property Manager after starting out fronting the department as Receptionist. Quickly gaining a solid knowledge base through supporting the Property Managers, she also enjoyed the daily interaction with clients and building rapport. Moving into the role of Property Manager was a natural progression for Janine.
Her professional experience both in NZ and travelling abroad and her life experience as a mother of two, previous tenant and home owner give her a wide, well-rounded range of skills making it easy for her to relate to others, assess them and accurately gain a good understanding of their needs. This ability coupled with her willingness to always provide assistance makes Janine a caring and competent Property Manager.
Her practical skills in customer service, administration and mediation work in the favour of her clients, ensuring the lines of communication are always open and any issues that may arise are quickly rectified.
